The IAF Cooperation Unit
Alumni Association

Established during the Iron Swords War in 2024, our association brings together alumni of the unit who served on the frontlines near Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria. We provide a lasting home for these reservists, offering support, mentorship, and opportunities beyond their military roles

The Unit

The IAF Cooperation Unit is a frontline force that links Israel’s Air Force with ground troops. Its soldiers operate alongside ground forces, directing airstrikes, helicopters, and mission coordination under fire

About Us

We help former service members turn their values into action

The Association of Alumni of the IAF Cooperation Unit supports a reserve community, helping its members grow as leaders, reconnect as a network, and continue serving Israeli society long after their active duty ends.

Strong community, real impact

We run programs that help alumni navigate their careers, launch social initiatives, and mentor the next generation. Through strategic partnerships with leading companies and nonprofits, we ensure their skills and sense of purpose continue to benefit Israeli society.

Initiatives & Programs

Each program serves both the individual and the greater good. They give our alumni a sense of purpose, community, and leadership while benefiting Israeli society

Open Studio

Launched after October 7th to support emotional recovery, this program offers a safe, creative space where participants process trauma through painting, sculpture, and mixed media as a way to explore grief, resilience, and hope.

Lectures from the field

Bringing the story, values, and impact of battlefield cooperation to schools and companies across Israel.
These lectures offer a rare glimpse into the unit’s world and reveal how collaboration is built under pressure, what it looks like in real-time situations, and how it was implemented during the recent ״Iron Swords״ war.

Alumni networking

This initiative supports alumni as they transition into the workforce and grow professionally. We connect top employers with our community, and offer one-on-one guidance, career workshops, and job opportunities. The goal is to open doors, build career paths, and empower our alumni through a strong, supportive network.
